RESERVATION:

 
A booking is confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost.

The deposit is due 15 days before departure date.
 
If you book the accommodation within 15 days of departure, then full payment is due at the time of booking.
 
For LONG STAY the booking requires a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit will be returned to the end of the stay, after confirmation by the representatives of GEINBETICA, S.L. the apartment is left in good condition after his departure provided no damage has been caused

   

A fully refundable security deposit of 20% is required when you pay the final balance. Once we have received confirmation from the GEINBETICA S.L. local management that the property has been left in good order, this will be returned to you promptly.

The apartments are full equipped except towels for the beach and pool.
